Agreement Terms

Agreement Terms as follows:

1. Booking and Payment: Customers must provide accurate information when booking a tour or travel package, including personal details, travel dates, and payment information. Full payment is usually required at the time of booking, and failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.

2. Changes and Cancellations: Customers may request changes or cancellations to their tour or travel package, subject to the terms and conditions of the tour and travel company. There may be fees or penalties associated with changes or cancellations, depending on the timing and circumstances.

3. Refunds: Refunds may be available for cancellations or changes to a tour or travel package, subject to the terms and conditions of the tour and travel company. Refunds may be partial or full, depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

4. Travel Insurance: It is recommended that customers purchase travel insurance for their tour or travel package, as it can provide coverage for unexpected events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. The tour and travel company may offer travel insurance options or recommend third-party providers.

5. Health and Safety: Customers are responsible for their own health and safety during a tour or travel package. The tour and travel company may provide guidance and recommendations for health and safety measures, but ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to follow them.

6. Liability: The tour and travel company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that occurs during a tour or travel package, unless it is due to the negligence or misconduct of the company or its employees.

7. Force Majeure: The tour and travel company is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events outside of its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation strikes.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between the customer and the tour and travel company should be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be taken in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the tour and travel company is based.

9. Intellectual Property: The tour and travel company owns all intellectual property associated with its tour and travel packages, including logos, trademarks, and content. Customers may not use or reproduce this intellectual property without the company’s permission.

10. Governing Law: The terms and conditions of the tour and travel agreement are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the tour and travel company is based. Any disputes or legal action will be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
